We are currently recruiting for the following positions at Lough Lannagh Village:
1. Accommodation Assistant – Looking for enthusiastic, experienced housekeeping staff with a flair for attention to detail to join our accommodation team
Place of work: Cottages, bedrooms, public areas
Hours of work: Normally daytime, weekdays 3 days to 5 days, some weekends
Duties:
- Providing full and partial services to cottage and lodge bedrooms.
- Cleaning of bathrooms, cottage kitchens and public areas to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate for this position should:
- Have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar position
- Be friendly, enthusiastic and flexible team-player
- Show good communication skills
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Be legally eligible to work in Ireland
- Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage your workload effectively
- Be in a position to provide work-related referees
2. Catering Assistant – Looking for enthusiastic, experienced catering assistant staff with a flair for cooking and to detail to join our accommodation team
Job Specification in Summary
Place of work: Kitchen, Greenway Café, Mall Café, Meeting rooms
Hours of work: Normally daytime, weekdays 3days to 5 days, some weekends
Duties:
- Assisting the chef, counter service, operating the till, clearing, washing up.
- Breakfast, Conference Lunches, Cafe Light Menu
The ideal candidate for this position should:
- Have at least 1 year’s previous experience working as either a kitchen assistant or deli assistant in Ireland.
- Be enthusiastic & flexible (work 3 to 5 days over 7 day period, inclusive of some weekends)
- Have good communication skills
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be legally eligible to work in Ireland
- HACCP training desirable
- Be a strong team player, able to handle a busy workload when required
- Be in a position to provide work-related referees
